Stephen Webster offers a 14-day return policy for all unworn and pristine items, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted jewelry. Please note that bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Concierge team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original Stephen Webster presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with all original certificates and documentation included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
